There are three levels of volunteers for our schools. Those who wish to volunteer at any of the levels should follow the instructions below.
LEVEL THREE VOLUNTEERS
Level 3 volunteers are those volunteers who are asked to be in direct contact and supervision of students. This may occur frequently such as in the following situations: serving as a volunteer coach; tutoring or working with an individual student alone; or serving as an overnight chaperone. These volunteers may work directly with students. To become a level 3 volunteer, you must complete the online application at the "Volunteer Now" link below. You will be asked to pay $13.95 for the mandatory criminal background check when completing the application. (REQUIRES A PAID CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK)
LEVEL TWO VOLUNTEERS
Level 2 volunteers involve having contact with students, but always under the supervision of a staff member. These volunteers may help students in the presence of district staff. To become a level 2 volunteer, you must complete the application at the bottom of the page and submit to the school at which you wish to volunteer.
LEVEL ONE VOLUNTEERS
Level one volunteers work in our schools but have little or not contact with our students. They can engage in activities like working in school fairs, athletic concessions, resource speakers, field days, or any activities that does not involve working directly with students. To be a level 1 volunteer, you must complete the application at the bottom of the page and submit to the office of the school at which you wish to volunteer.
Please click the "button" below to complete the application. Once the application is completed, please submit to a school staff member.
